hello again jesper!
ReplyDeleteit's interesting to read that your cardio is so minimal, i envy your body's ability to process the food, you must have a factory working inside you!
your meal plan, however, is quite agressive and is obviously paying you dividends. i'm trying to get myself to eat as frequently as you are.
what would you recommend as far as cardio to a novice lifter like myself who is looking to lose a lot of body fat and still gain muscle? should i make time for cardio in the morning and separate my strengh training sessions like you? or would it be more effective to do 20-30 mins of cardio immediately following my lifting session?
again, great advice from you and i look forward to reading your next post.

yea for sure.. do it in the morning and then the lifting later at the day.
ReplyDeleteCardio 20-30 min.
but remember the diet got ALOT to say !.
What is your blukup diet like?
ReplyDeleteYour diet is good, except for egg whites and skimmed milk. You believe that fat is no good, don't you? That has been proven false. Fat is good, especially for bodybuilding. You have a lot to learn, don't believe the lies you hear from the doctors, etc. The egg yolks contain 90% of nutrients in an egg (protein, fats, sulfur, B12), the whites are just fluff. Eat the whole egg, and drink whole milk, not skim. You need fats to keep the high definition. Even better to drink goat's milk. And meals 2 & 3 should be hamburger or any beef, cooked in bacon fat or boiled in soup. Bacon fat is healthy, don't believe the lies. See thedietsolutionprogram.com and healthy-living.org.
